Your life isn't meant to be spent.
It's meant to be invested.
We help people invest their lives—not spend them—to make a Kingdom impact in their community and the next generation.
explore how to make an impact
Every stage of life has purpose. Whether you're leading a ministry, navigating retirement, or seeking mentorship, there's a path forward that brings meaning and lasting impact.
Look Upward
looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.
Hebrews 12:2
Grow Forward
Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
Romans 12:29
Press Onward
Not that I have already obtained this or am already perfect, but I press on to make it my own, because Christ Jesus has made me his own. I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 3:12-14

Tom & Crystal Capps have served together in ministry for over 50 years, starting as childhood sweethearts who married in 1979 and raised two children.
They've led worship, discipleship, youth ministry, and missions across churches in NC and SC. In 2007, they answered God's call to community missions—Tom as Missions Director helping churches mobilize members, and Crystal leading Compassion Connection, a ministry to isolated senior adults.
Now in retirement, Tom launched Invested Life Ministries to equip retired adults for Kingdom impact, while Crystal continues connecting churches to senior communities across Upstate SC.

Three problems. One solution.
Churches are facing a challenge on multiple fronts.
Traditional senior adult ministry isn't working anymore, and young people are leaving in droves. These aren't separate problems. They're symptoms of the same issue.
Generations living in isolation, missing the purpose and connection they desperately need.
Three out of four teenagers will walk away from their faith after graduation. The 25% who stay? They all point to the same thing—meaningful relationships with older adults who invested in them.
Traditional senior adult ministry is failing to engage a new generation of retirees. While 83% of Boomers want to continue meaningful work, they're being offered potlucks and bus trips.
Over one in five of Americans are now over 65 (1.2 million in South Carolina alone) representing decades of untapped wisdom, experience, and availability. But they've been conditioned to be served rather than to serve.
There’s a better way.
The solution is not more programs. It's helping people invest their lives—seniors serving with purpose, retirees discovering meaning, and generations connecting for mutual growth. When that happens, the church thrives and the Kingdom advances.
As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
